Access. The rates and releases inside Rewardaroo come from partner relationships you can't get to as a member of the public — premium brands that don't discount in the open. You're paying to be on the inside of that. The monthly draw comes with it.

One partner discount on a hotel booking, a member rate on a bottle, or a discounted track day covers your monthly fee — usually more than once over. If the deals alone don't save you more than $7 in the first month, email us and we'll refund it.

Two tiers: Starter ($7/mo) for full access to every public deal, and Premium ($19/mo) for the inner circle — Premium-only deals at the best partner rates, early access, and a member concierge. On day 7 it auto-converts to the Starter plan at $7/mo unless you've cancelled. Cancel from your account any time in two clicks — if you cancel before day 7, you're not charged.

No. The trial is for trying out the deals club. Auto-entries to monthly draws kick in only on paid plans (Starter or Premium). The free entry method on every draw is still available to trial users, and you can buy one-time entry packs if you'd like a few more for a specific draw.

One free trial per person, ever. After your trial you either convert to a paid plan (which happens automatically on day 7 unless you cancel) or sign up to a paid plan directly later. We check by both email and card on file.

The free trial gives you the full member experience — access to every deal and partner code. Premium adds Premium-only deals, auto-entries to draws, and a Premium-only monthly draw. Once you've tried the deals club via Starter and decide you want more, Premium signup is a direct $19/mo paid signup. Cancel anytime.

No. Every draw has a free entry method, open to anyone eligible whether or not they're a paying member. Members get bonus entries on top, but the free option is always there and carries the same odds.

By random draw. Each entry counts as one chance, and every entry carries equal weight regardless of how it was obtained. Free entries and bonus entries have the same probability. Draws are run digitally, winners contacted directly and results published on the site.

Entries already placed in active draws stay valid until those draws close. No further bonus entries will be allocated after your paid period ends. If you rejoin later, your bonus entry balance starts fresh.

Yes. Each draw offers one-time entry packs if you'd like a few more entries. Each pack extends your Rewardaroo trial membership for a short period and includes bonus entries. There's a cap of three packs per draw per person. Active members get a small bonus added on top of any pack they buy. Pack terms.

No. Every entry has equal weighting in the random draw, whether it came from the free entry method, a membership bonus, or a one-time pack. Same odds, every entry.

Rewardaroo is a member rewards club, and the cap keeps it that way — the value is in the membership, not in stacking entries. Three packs per draw is the maximum for any user, which also keeps us comfortably inside Australian trade promotion law.

South Australia and the Northern Territory have specific trade promotion regulations that make it impractical for us to offer paid entry mechanisms to residents of those jurisdictions at our current scale. The free entry method remains available to anyone eligible.

The Getaway covers flights, hotels and travel experiences. The Closet is streetwear, watches, sneakers and fashion. The Garage is motoring, boats, tools and outdoor gear. The Cellar is whisky, wine, craft spirits and tasting experiences (18+ only). The Ritual covers spa packages, supplements, training and recovery gear.

Yes. All alcohol-related prizes, deals, and content within The Cellar category are restricted to persons aged 18 and over, in line with Australian law.

Yes. No lock-in, no cancellation fees. Cancel via the button in your account settings whenever you want. No need to call anyone. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.

Monthly, via Stripe. Charged on the same date each month. All prices in Australian dollars, GST included. Update your payment method or cancel from your member account page any time.

Yes, from your account page. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) through Stripe. We never store your card details directly.

Rewardaroo is open to Australian residents aged 18 and over. Some individual draws may have specific eligibility requirements, listed on each draw page.
