Entry pack terms.

1. The product

An entry pack is a one-time purchase of a short trial extension to Rewardaroo. A small number of bonus entries to a specific prize draw are included with each pack as a free addition to the trial membership. The trial membership is the product; the entries are a no-additional-cost bonus.

2. Free entry method

Every prize draw on Rewardaroo includes a free entry method available to all eligible Australian residents. Pack purchase is not required to enter any draw. The free entry method carries equal weight to entries obtained via a pack purchase — every entry has the same probability of winning, regardless of how it was obtained.

3. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase an entry pack.
• You must be an Australian resident.
• Entry packs are not available to residents of South Australia (SA) or the Northern Territory (NT). The free entry method remains available to eligible residents of those jurisdictions.
• You must have a valid Rewardaroo account with current age and residency declarations on file.
• For draws within The Cellar category (alcohol-related prizes), purchasers and entrants must be 18 or over in accordance with Australian law.

4. Purchase limit

A maximum of 3 entry packs may be purchased per user per prize draw. This limit applies cumulatively across all packs available on a given draw. Rewardaroo reserves the right to reject or refund any purchase that exceeds this limit.

5. Pricing and payment

All entry pack prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD), inclusive of GST where applicable. Payment is processed by Stripe Payments Australia Pty Ltd. Rewardaroo does not see or store your full card details. Your card statement will show a charge from "Rewardaroo" or a related entity.

6. What you receive

Upon successful payment:

• A short trial extension to your Rewardaroo account is granted for the duration shown on the pack (typically 7 days, displayed at point of purchase).
• The number of bonus entries shown on the pack are added to the specific prize draw selected at point of purchase.
• Active subscribers receive an additional flat bonus per pack purchase, configured by Rewardaroo and visible at point of purchase.
• Confirmation is shown on screen and a receipt is emailed by Stripe.

7. Refunds

Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund or replacement if our service is not delivered as described. If you experience a technical issue during checkout, contact us within 14 days at hello@rewardaroo.com.

Entries already submitted to a draw that has been conducted cannot be reversed. If you request a refund after the draw has been conducted, the trial extension portion of the purchase may be refundable at our discretion, but the entries (already weighted equally with free entries in the conducted draw) cannot be retroactively withdrawn.

8. Trade promotion compliance

Rewardaroo prize draws are operated as trade promotion lotteries under Australian law. Trade promotion permits are held where required:

• New South Wales: NSW Fair Trading authority where applicable
• Australian Capital Territory: ACT Gambling and Racing Commission where applicable
• Tasmania, Victoria, Queensland, Western Australia: no permit required for trade promotions at standard thresholds
• South Australia and Northern Territory: residents of these jurisdictions are excluded from pack purchases as noted in section 3

Permit numbers, where they apply, are displayed on the relevant prize draw pages.

9. Draws, winners, and notification

Winners are selected by random electronic draw on or after the draw date listed on each prize page. Each entry carries equal weight regardless of source (free, subscription bonus, or pack). Winners are notified directly using the contact details on their account and published on the Rewardaroo winners page. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise stated.

10. Cancellation and trial

The trial extension granted with a pack does not automatically convert into a paid subscription. You will not be charged again unless you actively choose a paid plan. To manage your subscription state, visit your account page.

11. Changes to these terms

Rewardaroo may update these terms from time to time. The version applicable to your purchase is the one in effect on the date of purchase, retained for our records.
